Senior Talent Advocate at GRIT Search / Freshlybaked Role Overview: As a P2P Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations, strategy, and performance of our clients' P2P crypto trading marketplace, where users can directly buy and sell digital assets (like USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.) without intermediaries. This role combines operational management, data analysis, marketing strategy, and cross‐functional collaboration to ensure smooth transactions, user growth, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Efficiency Streamline the P2P trading process (listing, verification, dispute handling, etc.)Improve workflows to enhance transaction speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction. Growth & Campaigns Design and execute user conversion campaigns and trading events. Analyze ROI and performance metrics to boost engagement and trading volume. Cross‐Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, compliance, and engineering teams to enhance the P2P product experience. Market Analysis Track competitors, user trends, and regulatory updates in the crypto space. Provide insights to inform Bitget’s operational and product decisions. Data‐Driven Decision‐Making Use analytics to detect anomalies, optimize performance, and drive data‐backed initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in platform operations (Priority given to candidates with hands‐on Web3 industry exposure). Ability to monitor competitor moves, adapt operational strategies to market shifts, and drive data‐informed decisions. Strong cross‐functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with stakeholders. Fluent proficiency in both Chinese and English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
