Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead and conduct end-to-end business analysis across various product lifecycle stages from discovery and requirements gathering to solutioning and delivery. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define business needs, assess impacts, and develop feasible solutions. Partner effectively with UX designers to translate ideas into user-centric prototypes and business solutions. Develop detailed business requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with technical teams and project goals. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements. Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and other discovery sessions to gather and validate requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Criteria as below More than 4 years experience as Business Analyst.
