Product Manager, AI & Martech to lead our charge into the next generation of marketing technology at our HQ in Dubai, UAE . In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for cutting-edge AI-driven products, from conception to launch. What You\'ll Do:
Define the Vision:
Craft and communicate the compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our suite of AI-enabled Martech products.
Drive Execution:
Translate complex business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams to build, launch, and iterate on products that deliver measurable value.
Champion Innovation:
Continuously research and integrate the latest advancements in AI and Martech to ensure our products remain innovative, competitive, and ahead of market trends.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
You have product management experience, with a
proven track record of launching and managing Martech products .
You possess
deep, hands-on expertise with AI technologies
(e.g., ML, predictive analytics, NLP) and a strong understanding of how they apply to marketing use cases.
You have
strong product management fundamentals —you\'re an expert in roadmap development, prioritization frameworks, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
You have an
enterprise mindset : you\'re resilient, thrive in ambiguity, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes.
You are a brilliant influencer and communicator, able to align and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
