Materials Planning and Execution Specialist Join to apply for the Materials Planning and Execution Specialist role at Baker Hughes . Our team ensures that valves manufactured for safety systems are of the highest quality and standards. Responsibilities Planning, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and within internal departments) required to execute the business plan. Review weekly incoming orders and schedule the orders as per CRD and align for shipments. Review MRP exception messages and ensure schedule alignment and date management in SAP. Support warehouse/shipping for urgent customer shipments. Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes and productivity. Achieve KPIs in the areas of order fulfilment and materials management. Requirements Associate's degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management. Demonstrated experience or knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality. Ability to work with and influence stakeholders. Demonstrated tactical execution with a sense of urgency. Work environment This role is working with our customer on‐site in locations.
