Results-driven Human Resource leader with expertise in recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations, performance... Operations Provide level 1-2 technical support for day-to-day, inclusive application supports. Coordinate & liaise with external vendors. Identify, track and solve application problems raised via dedicated incident management tool. Progressively maintain and build knowledge base documentation for technical troubleshooting and best practices. Handle hardware and software inventory. Perform any other IT support and projects. Application ERPs administration. Ensure data (i.e. spares, jobs, class, inventory, location) are accurately built, mapped and maintained in the PMS. Monitor and review job frequencies, overdue jobs and defect jobs on a routine basis. Ensure that business requirements are documented. Perform functional test on product and coordinate User Acceptance Test with business users. Vessel Support, coordinate and perform on‐site IT deployments to/from vessel. Manage the entire lifecycle in SMS including initial setup, activities and forms creation and modification, workflow changes and resolve queries from the Marine Team. Support and monitor any issues arising from the Fleet Management System (FMS) end users. Provide training for on‐signing crew members on ERP application modules. Requirements Candidate possess a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support in a shipping company would be advantageous. Knowledge in ERP administration is a must and experience would be advantageous. Proven ability to collaborate, blend‐in and foster a team‐oriented environment. Proven ability to self‐drive work creatively and analytically in a problem‐solving environment. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of M365 application, NAS, Windows 11 operating system and services like SMB, Windows Updates, Profiles, Folder Permission hierarchy, Event logs. Understood simple scripting such as Bat, PowerShell and Networking.
