As a Senior/Consultant in CSV, IT/OT Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for ensuring secure operation, integration, and validation of Industrial Automation Systems in both IT and OT environments, supporting our clients through the entire project lifecycle.In this role, you will report to your Line Manager and work closely with key stakeholders on-site. Your expertise and proactive approach will be crucial in driving project success and delivering high-quality service.Key Competencies Industrial Control Systems (ICS) & Computer System Validation Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) such as: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Distributed Control System(DCS), Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI),Building Management System (BMS), Energy Monitoring System (EMS), Laboratory Equipment's etc.) and apply CSV methodologies to ensure secure and compliant operation. Cybersecurity: Prepare and Implement cybersecurity policies and protocols for OT systems. Perform gap assessments, detailed risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments on OT systems to identify security risks and ensure compliance with industry standards. OT Systems Security Management: Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity measures for industrial control systems, including Network segmentation, Firewalls, Intrusion detection, and Secure remote access controls. Essential Qualifications Experience: CSV, IT/OT Cybersecurity experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment, with expertise in one or more of the following: * OT Virtualization (e.g., VMware / Hypervisor, Domain Controller, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Server, NTP Server and Storage Access Network (SAN) solutions within OT environments)\* Industrial Network Security (e.g., Firewalls, Network switches, IDS/IPS, SIEM)* Industrial Communication Protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)* Risk & Vulnerability Management* IT/OT Convergence* Backup & Recovery (e.g., Acronis, NetApp etc.)* Patch Management (e.g., Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and patching for OT systems)* Antivirus Solutions (Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM), Claroty etc.)* Configuration Management (e.g., Asset Center, Version dog) Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Control System / Computer Science / Information Security, or a related field. Certification: Cybersecurity certifications such as IEC 62443, GIAC GICSP, or specific ICS/OT certifications will be highly regarded. Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of cybersecurity framework and industrial standards such as IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP. Valuable Experience Incident Management: Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews, ensuring corrective actions and improvements in security measures. Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues while maintaining compliance with CSV practices.
