We focus on designing intuitive, powerful tools for professional and advanced traders, blending financial expertise with cutting-edge design to create seamless, effective experiences.This role will be focused on building out our core advanced experience. You will be working closely with product, research, marketing and engineering to help design high-quality experiences that enable advanced traders globally.What you’ll be doing Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategyOwn the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final productionWork cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and XFN peers to help define and execute on the product roadmapDesign web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive for clientsParticipate in regular design critiques to receive and provide feedback on design workWhat we look for in you 10+ years of Product Design experiencePersonal or professional experience with trading platforms, including a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these spacesExemplary product thinking abilities, solutions orientation, and capability to work autonomouslyProven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to usersSharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototypingStrong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experienceThrives in fast-paced (sometimes ambiguous) environmentFluency in Figma and prototyping toolsLow ego, loves to collaborate, and open mindedInterest in crypto, trading, and financial productsNice to haves Experience working on 0-to-1 product launches, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with data visualization and designing for complex, data-driven toolsKnowledge of advanced trading concepts like order types, market analysis, and liquidity poolsPosition ID: P65256LI-RemotePay Transparency The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
