We design intuitive, powerful tools for professional and advanced traders, blending financial expertise with cutting-edge design to create seamless experiences.This role focuses on building our core advanced experience, working closely with product, research, marketing, and engineering to design high-quality experiences for advanced traders globally.What you’ll be doing Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategyOwn the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, prototyping, user testing, to final productionWork cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and peers to define and execute the product roadmapDesign web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive for clientsParticipate in regular design critiques to receive and provide feedback on design workWhat we look for in you 10+ years of Product Design experiencePersonal or professional experience with trading platforms and understanding of their unique challenges and opportunitiesExemplary product thinking, solutions orientation, and ability to work autonomouslyProven track record of shipping successful products to usersStrong attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototypingCross-functional communication and stakeholder management experienceThrives in fast-paced or ambiguous environmentsFluency in Figma and prototyping toolsCollaborative mindset with low egoInterest in crypto, trading, and financial productsNice to have Experience launching 0-to-1 products in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with data visualization and designing for complex, data-driven toolsKnowledge of advanced trading concepts like order types, market analysis, and liquidity poolsPosition ID: P65256#LI-RemotePay and notice Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
