Counsel / Associate Director / Salaried Partner Job Description: Counsel / Associate Director / Salaried Partner Collyer Law LLC is seeking a senior lawyer (with at least 8-10 years of PQE) to join its Practice Area of Technology Transactions, Regulatory, and Advisory. The firm is an award-winning boutique Singapore law practice poised for further growth. Specific responsibilities include: Providing legal support to existing clients in Technology Transactions, Regulatory, and Advisory. Responsibilities encompass drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of technology-related agreements, such as software licensing, SAAS/PAAS, website terms of use, privacy policies, franchising, distribution, reseller, procurement, and outsourcing agreements. The role also involves advising on general TMT matters like data protection and intellectual property, and assisting on corporate transactions and general corporate advisory work. Key responsibilities include: Supporting Directors (Equity Partners) in supervising deals and matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development and strategic growth initiatives with high impact and visibility. Key requirements include: At least 8-10 years' experience in a top-tier Singapore or international law firm, or solid in-house experience in relevant Practice Areas. Professional admission in Singapore, Malaysia, England & Wales, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada. Excellent academic background. Strong legal knowledge and commercial judgment. Significant experience managing large volumes of work. Excellent technical skills with a practical problem-solving approach. Ability to handle pressure and meet challenging deadlines. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a multicultural, collegiate environment, autonomously and as part of a team.
