About the Role The role of the PE Teacher is to build and maintain a successful Physical and Health Education programme within the school, providing an educational atmosphere conducive to learning and development through inquiry and in conjunction with the IB PYP. Position Requirements At least 3 years of experience in working with children as a Physical and Health Education teacher with relevant qualifications Curriculum development knowledge is required Knowledge and experience teaching in the IB PYP would be advantageous Possessor of highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills Excellent verbal and written English skills Good references on request Proficiency in using computers Demonstrates the Stamford Values – Integrity, Courage, Ingenuity and Compassion Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent is required Current Teacher Certification Master's degree in Education preferred All potential employees undergo mandatory pre‐employment background checks.
