Event Experience Manager Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional events by managing a team of performing artists and stage crew. The key objective is to create unforgettable experiences for the audience through meticulous event planning, recruiting top performers, and ensuring seamless stage execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Artiste Recruitment: Identify and recruit talented performers who can enhance our event's entertainment value.
- Performance Coordination: Collaborate with the event team to schedule performances and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
- Stage Management: Oversee the setup, rehearsals, and performance execution on the day of the event.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event team, senior management, and other stakeholders to achieve event objectives.
- Event Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of past events to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for future enhancements.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in managing live events, theater productions, or similar environments.
