LAB TECHNICIAN (QC)MEDICAL INDUSTRY AT BOON LAY / UP TO $2600 + $150 (ALLOWANCE)Responsibilities: Perform routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as well as responsible for product release. Conduct maintenance and calibration of relevant laboratory instrument and equipment. Manage inventory of quality reference materials such as QC reagents and lab consumables. Prepare daily QC report, relevant work instructions and validation protocol or reports. Ensure documents and quality records are maintained for easy retrieval. Manage operations towards timely support to meet factory analytical request. Maintain cleanliness of laboratory and glassware. Develop training to build quality and safety awareness. Handle administration work of factory when required. Any other matter as requested by supervisor. Requirements: Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or its equivalent. Some relevant working experience or entry level; chemical qualification is welcome to apply. Troubleshooting skills with various analytical instruments. QC ANALYST CHEMICAL INDUSTRY AT JURONG ISLAND - TRANSPORT PROVIDED / UP TO $3000 + $200 (ALLOWANCE)Responsibilities: Ensure compliance to statutory and corporate requirements related to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. Conduct quality checks on final product according to established procedures. Keep proper record of all analysis results. Identify and raise a nonconformance form when the product quality does not meet the specification. Provide support to the Production, R&D or Sales departments on an ad-hoc basis. Perform calibration and maintenance of lab equipment as planned. Properly store and label all retained samples and documentation in the designated storage area. Requirements: GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma. Entry / Junior and OJT will be provided. Willing to work in Jurong Island.
