Visit us at Responsibilities Manage end-to-end implementation of core banking system Overall planning, execution, monitoring, management, and leadership of projects Working with various stakeholders, running workshops and serving as liaison person of clients and project team Lead, coordinate and supervise the activities of the project/programme team High capability to multi-task, splitting time between multiple project/programme Provide advice on best practice techniques for implementation Ensure the experience of engaging Accenture for delivery exceeds client's expectation Reporting to leadership, solution oriented in managing risk and issues Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Sciences or equivalent in Engineering At least 10 years of experience in IT systems development, project management and client communications Proven track record as overall project leader in medium to large IT projects Ability to work independently, organized and task oriented Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines Good command of the written and spoken English Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven experience in leading and coaching a team Project Management qualification or certification is a plus Nice to Have Experience with banking or financial applications will be an asset Experience on Avaloq, InvestCloud or Temenos platform will be an asset Business Analyst experience related to Financial Services Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries Accounting Equal Employment Opportunity Statement All employment decisions shall be made without regard to age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status or any other basis as protected by federal, state, or local law.
