Warehouse Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
Perform data processing and transactions on WMS (warehouse management system or customers system).
Communicate with our customers via both email and phone calls.
Verify the billing summaries to customers with operational documents.
Keep any operational documents properly.
Liaise with operation team members to arrange any inbound/outbound activities within a set timeline.
Immediate reporting to direct superior upon any irregularities.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Customer Service Officer.
Basic knowledge/experience on warehouse management system and documentation.
Experience with documentation such as checklists, temperature/RH reports.
Able to compile KPI reports periodically.
Able to verify the billing reports to our customers as well as service agreements.
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Mon to Fri / 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Sat.
