Join to apply for the Business Development Manager, CaaS role at Keppel (Infrastructure Division)Responsibilities include: Originate new business opportunities, strategize value creation for Keppel and customers, and convert opportunities into contracts. Be proactive in scouting needs, staying abreast of technology trends and foresights, and translating these into insightful reports. Manage the end‐to‐end innovation process from strategy, ideation, development to business plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Manage ecosystem and channel partnerships. Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients in the low‐carbon energy sector. Develop new business models or transform existing ones, including organisational development, capability mapping, and operating model change. Manage project budgets and finances. Support regional markets on CaaS pursuits as part of the Central team in Singapore. Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested by the immediate supervisor or the head of department. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Science or technologically‐related fields with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. A Master's degree in business is advantageous. Familiarity with technology trends and innovation drivers in high‐side cooling systems and industry best practices is advantageous. Creative and innovative thinking with a proven track record of energy transition success in securing new contracts in the cooling sector. Solid commercial understanding with basic financial modelling, payback period analysis, etc. is crucial. Passion for new technologies and technical acumen to evaluate their relevance in sustainability and energy efficiency. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of cooling business and service‐based business models, including best practice processes. Ability to work effectively in a multi‐disciplinary lean team environment and to take initiative and deliver projects independently when required. This role is based in Singapore but focuses on business development for the India market. Some overseas travel is to be expected.
