We are seeking a logistics professional to join our team at Anradus Pte Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and efficiently.

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents such as airway bills, bills of lading, and other import/export paperwork.
  • Track and monitor shipments, keeping clients and team members updated on delivery status.
  • Cargo management is essential in the warehouse to ensure it is stored and handled safely and follows regulations.
  • Data entry for shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics records is crucial.
  • Support permit applications and ensure operations comply with customs rules.
  • Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to solve any issues or delays in operations.
  • Provide support to clients and team members with questions about shipments, documents, or logistics processes.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned to support the logistics team and meet department goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in airfreight import/export operations.
  • Familiarity with airfreight documentation and customs clearance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and freight operations software.
