We are seeking a skilled Logistics Professional to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth procurement and logistical support of products and materials.

Your duties will include receiving deliveries, preparing shipments, communicating with clients and carriers, tracking shipments, and managing inventory. You will also be responsible for sourcing goods and services, raising purchase requests, coordinating delivery and goods acceptance, and managing store and inventory control.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have experience in the logistics industry. A diploma or equivalent qualification, as well as literacy in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently, are also essential requirements.

  • Job Description:
  • Sourcing of goods and services including obtaining cost/quotes, specifications, and delivery lead time.
  • Raising of purchase request within a required timeframe.
  • Coordination of delivery and goods acceptance.
  • Management of store and inventory control.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate logistics and timelines.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Literacy in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Good communication skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Singaporean.

Working Hours & Location:

  • Monday – Friday: 08:30AM – 05:30PM.
  • Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Off.
  • Overtime work is applicable, based on the prevailing overtime rate.
  • Working at Customer's premise.
