Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our cafés in Singapore.
This leadership role requires a dynamic individual who can ensure consistency, drive performance, and lead teams to deliver excellence across both outlets.
- Oversee overall café operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Lead and manage outlet supervisors and team members.
- Ensure consistency in recipes, presentation, and service standards.
- Develop and motivate staff for long-term retention and performance.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory and wastage.
- Implement SOPs to maintain operational standards.
- Drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Manager in the F&B industry (multi-outlet experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
