Business Operations Manager Role
">Business Operations ManagerAs a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café and shop. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask, and possesses excellent communication skills. If you have experience in F&B service or retail, and are familiar with coffee-making, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage café supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment of ingredients and products.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for both café sales and merchandise transactions.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing retail display for merchandise.
- Provide warm and engaging customer service, assisting visitors with purchases and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in F&B service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
- Barista training or experience in coffee-making is necessary.
- Able to prepare simple café dishes.
- Comfortable with both café service duties and retail POS operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily operations efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
