Offshore Project Asset Engineer

Clearly define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client and company goals.
Identify and mobilize necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and monitoring of funds.
Assign responsibilities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Prepare Offshore assets to meet operational and contract-ready conditions such as rig pre-mobilisation preparation, delivery documents, liasing and managing 3rd party service providers as required by Owner or Operator, mobilisation and compliance to Operator's contract
Identify potential risks related to offshore operations, such as environmental hazards or equipment failures.
Develop and implement plans to mitigate identified risks, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring favorable terms.
Oversee the performance of vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
Able to travel at short notice to attend meetings, and for work as required to complete work assignments, tender / project deadlines.
Must be a strong relationship builder and communicator (oral and written)
Assist with all projects including major modifications, upgrades, repair, class, Flag & regulation requirements of the rigs/vessels/platforms
