We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across multiple markets in Southeast Asia. This role involves working with diverse clients across the region, developing strategies for market expansion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business outcomes. This role is essential in driving growth and establishing our brand as a leader in the fragrance and flavor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute regional sales plans across Southeast Asia or Indonesia , ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Build and maintain relationships with major regional accounts, distributors, and key industry players.
Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to tailor products to specific regional demands and trends.
Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and mentor local sales teams to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications:
5+ years of regional sales experience in fragrances, flavors, or food ingredients.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-country accounts and understanding diverse market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
