About the Role As a Senior Client Manager, you will work as part of the client services team supporting and in partnership with a Client Director and Senior Client Director. You will be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of projects whilst building strong relationships with clients and team members alike. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Client facing Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidence Being the key agency lead across a number of levels and brands, building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clients Managing difficult conversations and challenges with confidence and grace Being responsive to client needs and requests, identifying where opportunities lie to exceed expectations Being flexible and adaptable to circumstances, proposing solutions with ease Negotiating fee and timing discussions with the support of senior team members Overseeing the timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines and other client facing documentation Confidently presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with a client team Having an understanding of our offering and articulating it fluently to clients at every level Using your understanding of the clients and industry to identify opportunities to proactively unlock new conversations Organising and contributing ideas to client entertainment to surprise and delight Within the Client Services Team Reporting into your Client Director and/or the Senior Client Directo on a day-to-day basis whilst working with and supporting the wider team as required Managing the delivery of design projects and workflow, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard to meet client timelines and budgets Leading and overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables from the initial briefing through the artwork process, recognising when to elevate any issues Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals, which are realistic and effectively meet our client’s needs Working with a Client Manager to ensure Screendragon is up to date and accurate Taking responsibility for the weekly management of billings, forecasting and client purchase orders Strategically contributing to brief content, audits, presentations and pitches Learning from the Client Directors and Senior Client Directors to grow client relationships and broaden your understanding of the client service discipline Managing the training and development of a Client Executive and Client Manager where required Within the broader Bulletproof team Positively contributing to the culture of our agency Building unbreakable bonds and working collaboratively with the wider Bulletproof team Providing clear and actionable feedback within critiques and briefings, which is supported with appropriate rationale and grounded within the client brief Organising and managing individual project wash-ups Beginning to utilise our proprietary strategic tools to build stronger briefs Working closely with the production team in the delivery of artwork and guidelines Proactively generating ideas to inspire members of the wider team Utilising and following the Bulletproof processes to deliver best practice ways of working Assisting in the development and delivery of client presentations, pitch presentations and new business proposals when required What You Should Have If you tick all of the boxes below, we could be a perfect matchA keen, can-do attitude A fresh perspective and an entrepreneurial spirit Ability to forge strong relationships through excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal Well informed and reliable; able to foresee potential problems and propose solutions Ability to remain positive and calm under pressure in our fast-paced working environment Ability to successfully prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time Demonstrate a clear understanding of the design industry, with a willingness to continue learning Ability to proactively identify, leverage and spot opportunities with clients In line with our three core beliefs, we’re looking for people that share our community spirit and are curious enough to question the status quo.
