Presales Engineer Direct message the job poster from Hikrobot Responsibilities Responsible for pre-sales support of products and problem solving solutions, assisting sales to research and analyze customer demand, formulating technical proposal and tender, expounding on technical solutions, demonstrating products and answering technical inquiries. Assist sales to promote and sell products and problem solving solutions. Collect and feed back customer’s opinions on products and technology to the technical department. Deepen solutions according to customer’s demand, and assist technical engineers to implement solutions. Conduct relevant technical training for internal sales and pre-sales as well as external partners. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above; Computer, automation or logistics majors are preferred. Have three years and above experience in logistics automation, e-commerce or ERP-WMS; experience in solution design, technical consultation, and project bidding is preferred. Capable of analyzing, guiding demand and designing solutions in logistics, manufacturing storage, e-commerce and related IT systems. Problem solving oriented, honest, pragmatic and responsible, highly enthusiastic and a team player. Good communication and presentation skills, English can be used as working language; Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. Willing to overseas business travel is preferred.
