Job Responsibilities: Marketing and Branding Develop and implement marketing plan and strategies that are in-line with the company's goals and vision. Work closely with sales team and retail merchandisers to market, promote and sell products across all channels. Conceptualise, design and produce various marketing collaterals (both print and digital) for store promotions, projects and events. Create engaging and effective promotion taglines, slogans and copywriting for both online and offline marketing campaigns. Ensure marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline. Responsible for creating and maintaining contents on company's website and social media platforms. Assist the preparation of Power Point slides for product presentation. Monthly update of sales order form for circulation to sales team, merchandising team and key customers. Events and Roadshows Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns for events and roadshows. Oversee the planning of manpower, logistic, display and set-up for sales events such as event fairs, warehouse sales, and roadshows. Conduct pre and post event briefing for major events. Evaluate and share sell-through results with the sales team after each event and provide suggestion on improvement. Client Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including educational institutions, bookstores, and other relevant organizations, both locally and overseas. Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate publications and content to meet their requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customers inquiries, providing quotation for special print projects, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide after-sales service and ensure all feedback and complaints are brought up for discussion with relevant personnel, reviewed, investigated and followed up with an action plan. Sales Presentations Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the company's publications and content. Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and unique selling points of EPH publications to school teachers and convincing them to use our materials for teaching. Address client objections and negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure sales deals. Sales Reporting and Analysis Conduct market research and competitors' analysis to evaluate trends, identify potential markets and suggest suitable promotions and marketing initiatives with the objective of increasing market shares and revenue. Track sales activities, analyze sales performance, and generate sales reports for school adoptions. Provide status reports with statistics concerning current marketing projects and share post campaign analytics with sales team. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with internal teams, including Sales Admin., Editorial and Production to resolve daily operational issues and ensure smooth coordination of sales efforts. Provide feedback to Publishing and Production teams on customer preferences, market demands, and promotional opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues from Publishing Team to explore new project possibility, develop marketing strategies and customized sales solutions for clients in various channels. Work closely with Finance and Sales Admin on the follow-up of outstanding payment with local and exports customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
