About the Company

Our client is a rapidly expanding Hospitality firm in Singapore and we are looking for an FP&A Manager to join them. This is a newly created position due to business needs.

About the Job

Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will primarily focus on financial planning and business partnering, making up 80% of their role, with the remaining 20% dedicated to special projects and ad-hoc tasks. This position involves comprehensive financial analysis for a hotel portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reports. Key responsibilities include:

  • Review operator-submitted budgets
  • Analyze monthly financial reports to identify risks and opportunities
  • Conduct scenario analyses to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with hotel operators and internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support asset managers in contract negotiations and performance evaluations

The role demands strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hotel operators and internal stakeholders, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting asset managers in contract negotiations and performance evaluations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can clearly articulate views and thought processes and possesses excellent stakeholder management skills.

Skills and Experience Required

  • A recognised degree in Accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector
  • Finance Managers with strong finance operations experience considering a transition into FP&A are welcome to apply
