Job Title: Personalised Learning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to provide one-to-one support to children with developmental delays, learning difficulties, or special needs.

Job Description:

As a Personalised Learning Specialist, you will work closely with families and caregivers to develop and implement tailored intervention plans that cater to each child's unique learning profile and goals.

  • Provide individualised early intervention and learning support to children with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Use evidence-based practices to address specific developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, social interaction, and cognitive development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Intervention, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification in early intervention or special needs education is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs or developmental delays in a one-to-one setting.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to working with children and their families.
