Our organisation is seeking a visionary Learning Strategist to drive the development of future-forward learning initiatives across the enterprise.

This role demands a strong leader who can architect digital learning pathways, drive adoption of innovative learning technologies, and embed a culture of continuous development aligned with business transformation.

  • Lead the development and execution of global learning strategies that support capability building.
  • Design scalable digital learning pathways tailored to diverse learner personas and career stages.
  • Align learning interventions with business priorities, talent frameworks, and signature programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing the use of cutting-edge learning technologies to personalise and scale learning.
  • Curate and co-create digital content in collaboration with internal SMEs and external partners.
  • Monitoring learning analytics to assess impact and continuously improve learner experience.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to regional and functional L&D teams, ensuring alignment with global standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in digital learning strategy, instructional design, and learning experience platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across matrixed environments.
