Singapore Intapp, Inc. Full time

Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.
Act as a representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
Identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
Work with clients to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
Provide timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues.
Communicate with key customers, business partners, and executives on significant issues and accomplishments.
What you will need:
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.
Natural leadership skills and ability to mobilize people towards a goal.
Ability to pick up new technologies easily.
Good understanding of Excel, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level is a plus.
Knowledge of the private equity and financial services market preferred.
