Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will support the project team by handling administrative and coordination tasks to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and in compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare, format, and maintain project documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage physical and electronic filing systems for project records.
- E nsure all documents are properly signed, stamped, filed and archived.
- Maintain and update project calendars, deadlines, and reminders.
- Coordinate appointments, travel, and logistics for project staff.
- Collect timesheets, leave forms, and claims from project staff.
- Submit staff attendance records and allowances to HR/Finance.
- Answer and route calls, emails, and correspondence related to projects.
- Support the Project Manager in ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all project records.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties to expedite with project turnaround.
- Minimum Diploma.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good to have: 1 year of related working experience.
- Experience in solar, electrical, construction or relevant field.
- Responsible and positive work attitude.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Meticulous, organised and proactive.
- Cross-functional team cooperation.
- Resourcefulness.
- Adaptiveness.
- Ability to prioritise and find solutions appropriate for a situation.
