Job Description
Reporting to the Paid Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Search team. We take pride in working with some of the biggest brands, and as a Google global partner, we provide the right technology strategy and training while fostering relationships. You will help lead our paid search activities within the Paid Media department, consisting of team members with expertise in executing all forms of Paid Search. Your primary responsibilities will include:
You will provide support and collaborate with local and international teams
You will nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliers
You will oversee a portfolio of digital campaigns and provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations and KPIs
You will manage and monitor the production and presentation of client-facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards
Collaborating with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to drive innovative solutions for our clients
Achieve continuous improvement by assessing Jellyfish\'s working relationships, practices and methods
Support our corporate culture including following established ethical and brand standards
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish\'s marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on all emerging formats, technical solutions, and plans
Qualifications
6+ years\' experience in digital marketing paid media management
In-depth knowledge of technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns, particularly Paid Search, including SA360 and Google Ads
Industry-recognised certifications for Google Ads, SA360, and Google Analytics
Fluency in English; Mandarin or additional language proficiency preferred
Experience working in global teams
Structured working habits with the ability to cope with competing demands and prioritise tasks
Lead paid media department in conjunction with fellow Directors and VPs, ensuring performance and achievement of team KPIs
Ownership of paid media team development with training and personal development plans
Ensure paid media team compliance with Jellyfish processes
Client-centric approach with ability to develop long-lasting client relationships
Analytical & reporting skills using data and market insights to inform decisions
Process improvement mindset to refine and automate processes
Strong collaboration skills and respect for diverse contributions
Problem solving with collaborative evaluation of options
Growth mindset and openness to feedback to enhance skills

Reward: Eligible to join our discretionary annual bonus scheme.
Custom Work Environment: Remote work up to 60% of days with flexible hours (8:00–18:30).
