Job Summary:

As a key member of our airport security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger and airport safety by conducting thorough security screenings, responding effectively to security incidents, and providing exceptional customer service and support to passengers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Screening : Conduct comprehensive security checks to identify potential threats and maintain a safe environment for all airport users.
  • Incident Response : Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, ensuring the safety of passengers and staff while minimizing disruptions to airport operations.
  • Customer Service : Provide excellent service and support to passengers and staff, addressing their concerns and queries in a professional and courteous manner.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
