Are you a detail-oriented and security-conscious individual looking for a challenging role? We are seeking an experienced Airport Security Officer to join our team

About the Role

This is a critical position responsible for ensuring the security and safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft at airport facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough security screenings, using advanced technology and equipment to detect and prevent potential threats.

Main Responsibilities

  • Security Screening: Perform security checks on individuals, baggage, and cargo using X-Ray machines, manual bag checks, and other security equipment.
  • Access Control: Monitor and control access to restricted areas, enforcing regulations and protocols to prevent unauthorized entry.
  • CCTV Surveillance: Operate CCTV systems to monitor airport activities, identifying potential security risks and reporting incidents to authorities.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 1 N' Level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Fitness: Able to perform 12-hour shifts, with a focus on maintaining physical fitness to handle demanding security tasks.
  • Nationality: Singaporean citizens only.

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Accurately assess security risks and evaluate situations to make informed decisions.
  • Literacy and Numeracy: Strong literacy and numeracy skills to communicate effectively and process security information.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handling passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
