The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, with a focus on Windows systems and network administration. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems to ensure smooth operations at our work sites.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced L2 Systems Admin to provide Windows and Network support at our client locations in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, with a focus on Windows systems and network administration. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems to ensure smooth operations at our work sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for Windows systems and network infrastructure at client work locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
Monitor network performance and ensure network security aligned per the customer standards.
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and support IT projects.
Document and maintain IT procedures and configurations.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows and network administration.
Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to client work locations as needed.
