Overview Customer Success Manager / Business Analyst Direct message the job poster from CloudMile Focus on Full Function HR in Startups / NUS HRLP / PHRi / ATS HRM 【About the role】Customer Success within CloudMile enables our customers to derive business value by leveraging Cloud, A.I. and Data Analytics as a solution to meet their needs. By understanding the needs and requirements of the customer, the CSM will provide client-facing expertise on AWS and Google Cloud products. This role leverages a comprehensive understanding of Cloud, A.I. and Data Analytics to facilitate the process of identifying requirements that will be delivered as part of our service offerings. The CSM works closely with our Client, Cloud Engineer, Data Scientist and Technical Solution Architect to consult on best practices on usage and integrations of products for the project and manages the project implementation with our clients. Responsible for driving bid engagements along with the Sales and Pre-sales Team (i.e., preparation for POC, demo and proposals). Responsible for engaging with business and technology partners for analysis, planning, and requirements gathering by working with internal and external stakeholders. Actively participating in and driving priorities against scope, identifying the highest value deliverables to achieve the Client's requirements. At least 2 to 5 years related working experience. Academic background in Technology (e.g., Information Systems, Business IT, Computer Science) or demonstrated exposure to tech-related projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with an inclination to think out of the box/creatively. Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and organisational skills. Agile and able to work/thrive in a fast-paced environment. Affinity with resolving complex people and business issues. Must be able to work independently. Preferred major in Information Systems, or Business I.T. Prior experience in a technology consulting environment. Familiarity or experience with Figma for design and prototyping.
