Job Duties Manage MBS2 Development Team Prime system operational liaison point with China JV Agree, specify and deliver MBS2 enhancements to meet operational business requests. Manage allocated IT projects in offices across Asia Pacific Liaise with all key stakeholders to understand the business case for development Prioritise enhancement requests and manage delivery timescales to business Analyse business issues /enhancements and specify appropriate technical solutions Create clear and concise specifications / requirements documentation Take responsibility for and manage the involvement of all related technology departments for any project under your control Manage the request for changes, adhering to TP ICAP internal change management processes Produce test cases to ensure accuracy and coverage of solution Perform testing of requested changes Manage UAT of requested changes Project manage all system releases Assist in resolving day to day issues related to systems worked on Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.
