This role offers a unique balance of instructional leadership and administrative management, contributing to both the academic excellence and operational efficiency of the school.As Vice Principal, you will play a key role in shaping curriculum development, fostering inclusive practices, mentoring educators, and ensuring the well-being and holistic development of children aged 0-6 years old.Key Responsibilities Provide both instructional and administrative leadership to support overall school operations. Assist the Principal in overseeing the professional development of academic staff , ensuring alignment with the latest educational trends and inclusive practices. Schedule and manage teaching staff efficiently to optimize learning outcomes. Lead the design and implementation of curriculum and assessment methods that reflect the evolving early childhood education landscape. Oversee the daily operations of the school , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs. Safeguard the well-being of students and uphold the quality and timeliness of their learning experiences. Foster high levels of staff engagement and collaboration , in alignment with organizational values. Requirements Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field. Proven experience in early childhood education, preferably across the 0-6 age range . Passion for creating and promoting inclusive learning environments . Demonstrated ability to lead in curriculum development and educational research . Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
