Job Description We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our AI Product group, working closely with the Senior Product Manager on strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution. This role will support product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, and contribute to continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional products that drive business growth. Responsibilities Product Planning and Roadmap Execution: Take part in developing, refining and executing the product roadmap, while ensuring initiatives align with market needs and business objectives. Feature Definition and Prioritization: Take a lead role in defining, prioritizing, and detailing product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. User Research and Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback and market research, ensuring insights inform product decisions and enhancements. User Experience: Act as the voice of the customer. Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct customer research, and work with design to deliver exceptional user experiences. Continuously improve product features and performance. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives and timely delivery of features. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience as a product manager with at least 2 years acting as a senior product manager. Preferably working as part of a product management team. Minimum 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Proven experience in building product roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering products that meet market needs. Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data and customer insights to drive product decisions. Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma). Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a related role. Minimum of 5 years being part of an Agile squad with a team of highly qualified engineers. Experience in building a product roadmap and managing stakeholder expectations.
