Job Title: Remote HR Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates
  • Communicate interview details to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Manage interviewers' calendars and availability
  • Monitor and update interview schedules in real-time
  • Provide reminders and follow-up communications to ensure interview participants are prepared
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum Diploma qualification or above
  • At least 6 months' commitment
  • 1 year of experience in administrative support, scheduling, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
