Technical equipment salesman

We are seeking a Technical Equipment Salesman to support our sales and business development efforts across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. You will support the development and execution of end-to-end sales strategies, achieve annual revenue targets, and foster strong relationships with key clients and partners. This role requires a high-energy, hands-on professional with in-depth industry knowledge, the ability to travel extensively across the region, and a proven track record of closing complex technical sales.
Responsibilities
Sales development
– Support to identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories or market segments; prepare and present comprehensive service proposals and quotations; respond to tenders and requests for quotations within required time frames; negotiate contract terms within company guidelines.
Client relationship management
– Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements; build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients; address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally; collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth completion of contracts; collect client feedback and communicate to relevant departments; may require occasional evening work for client meetings.
Market research & analysis
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities; identify new market opportunities and potential service offerings; gather intelligence on pricing trends and customer preferences; contribute to the development of sales strategies and approaches.
Administrative duties
– Maintain accurate records in the company’s system; prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports; document client requirements and contract specifications; manage sales-related documentation and filing systems.
