We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior E-commerce Operations Executive to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our brand promises and timely delivery of orders to our customers. Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations process, from order fulfillment to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and warehouse management, to coordinate order processing and shipping schedules. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet our brand standards and customer expectations. Manage third-party logistics partners and shipping carriers to optimize shipping costs and delivery times. Handle customer inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery, providing timely and effective resolution to ensure a positive customer experience. Continuously evaluate and improve e-commerce operations processes to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or fashion industry. Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems. Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics software is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
