Job Title: Senior UAT Specialist

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) processes across multiple service order functional streams. They will work closely with technical teams to track defects, ensure timely resolution, and maintain accurate defect logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective test strategies and plans to ensure seamless testing execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate testing risks and issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of testing progress, defects, and resolution outcomes.
  • Ensure thorough communication with stakeholders regarding testing status, timelines, and outcomes.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Facilitate open communication between business users, application teams, and solution architects to ensure aligned expectations and goals.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to escalate issues, ensure prompt resolution, and optimize testing efficiency.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of UAT/SIT processes in Oracle or Telco environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate complex issues.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Experience in defect triaging, testing documentation, and process improvement.
