Job Title: Senior UAT Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Senior User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and supporting UAT and System Integration Testing (SIT) processes across multiple service order functional streams.

  • This includes developing and implementing effective test strategies and plans to ensure seamless testing execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate testing risks and issues.
  • Maintaining detailed records of testing progress, defects, and resolution outcomes.
  • Ensuring thorough communication with stakeholders regarding testing status, timelines, and outcomes.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Facilitating open communication between business users, application teams, and solution architects to ensure aligned expectations and goals.
  • Providing regular updates on testing progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to escalate issues, ensure prompt resolution, and optimize testing efficiency.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of UAT/SIT processes in Oracle or Telco environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate complex issues.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Experience in defect triaging, testing documentation, and process improvement.
