Maintenance Engineer ( Electrical / Instrumentation )Maintenance Engineer - Electrical & Instrumentation 5 days (Mon-Fri)Location: Tuas Basic Salary: $3800 - $4300Responsibilities: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring safety compliance. Troubleshoot and maintain AC low-voltage single-phase and three-phase systems, generators, and electrical panels. Supervise and guide technicians on ACMV, CCTV, access control, PA systems, power, and lighting maintenance. Plan and organize preventive maintenance for medium and high voltage systems (up to 22kV). Manage spare parts, drives, and consumables to minimize plant downtime. Maintain systematic documentation of maintenance procedures, risk assessments, drawings, and records. Coordinate with clients, consultants, project personnel, and contractors for smooth operations. Implement 5S practices in workshops, stores, and on-site maintenance areas. Requirements: Hands‐on experience in electrical/instrumentation troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and PLC/control systems. Able to manage and coordinate technicians and contractors. Familiar with CAD, CMMS, and other E&I design tools. Skilled in preparing E&I designs, including circuit diagrams, control panels, and MCC layouts.
