About The Program OurCBREGlobal Workplace Solutions (GWS) Future Leader Program is open to all 2024/2025 graduating students and aims to prepare successfulleadersfor a career inreal estate. Candidates will participate in a structured 24-month program, exposing you to both business-as-usual activities and standalone projects. You will enhance your skillsets, be challenged with rigorous work, grow your network and drive meaningful change in our business. In this Future Leader Program, you will go through a comprehensive orientation, work with leading-edge technology and rotate through diverse and challenging business teams. This will give you many opportunities to develop valuable networks as well as exposure to senior staff members. You will be Rotating among the following business team: Facilities Management(FM) creates ideal office environments for our clients and their employees worldwide. We provide a full range of services and safety processes to help drive efficiencies and reduce operating expenses. Project Management(PJM) provides solutions through various staffing models, supply chain optimization and expertise by project and asset type—all customized to ensure success of your global real estate projects. Requirements: Highly motivated and has a strong interest to develop a career in thereal estate industry Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and presentation)Strategic thinker and practical problem solver Team player, flexible, adaptable and resourceful Sensitive to, and appreciative of, difference and diversity Singapore resident or possess a valid working visa in Singapore Completed or will complete undergraduate studies in 2024 or 2025, with the major preferably in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or Business-related studies.
