Our GWS Future Leader Program is open to all 2024/2025 graduating students and aims to prepare successful leaders for a career in real estate. The program is structured as a 24-month experience with exposure to business-as-usual activities and standalone projects. About The Program You will go through a comprehensive orientation, work with leading-edge technology and rotate through diverse and challenging business teams. You will receive intensive coaching and ongoing feedback from appointed members, peers, managers and internal business partners. This will give you opportunities to develop networks and gain exposure to senior staff members. You will rotate among the following business teams: Facilities Management (FM)— creates ideal office environments for clients and their employees worldwide, providing a full range of services and safety processes to drive efficiencies and reduce operating expenses. Project Management (PJM)— delivers solutions through staffing models, supply chain optimization and project/asset-type expertise—customized to ensure the success of global real estate projects. Who are We Looking For?We are identifying future leaders with leadership talents and emerging professionals who have the aptitude, agility and aspiration; who are good communicators with the ability to exhibit strategic thinking and enthusiasm in solving challenges.
