If you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne's next chapter.**Position Overview**We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Sr. Finance & Accounting Manager** to oversee all financial activities across regions. The ideal candidate will provide financial leadership, ensure robust financial reporting and financial controls, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.**Key Responsibilities****Accounting and Financial Reporting*** Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across regions* Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP.* Support the Controller to manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting and analysis.* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to regional and global leadership.**Compliance & Control*** Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements across respective jurisdictions.* Develop and maintain robust internal control systems and risk management frameworks.* Manage external audits and coordinate with local authorities and auditors as needed.**Business Partnering*** Collaborate closely with country managers and functional leaders across the region.* Support commercial teams with financial analysis, cost control, and investment appraisal.* Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, contributing to business planning and growth initiatives.**Team Leadership*** Manage and develop accounting teams across multiple regions.* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, integrity, and high performance.* Coordinate with other functions and stakeholders to align on policies, systems, and processes.**Qualifications & Experience*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.* 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, including regional oversight.* Solid understanding of IFRS and/or local and US GAAPs.* Strong experience in multinational corporations.* Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP).* Fluent in English; additional Asian language(s) a plus.**Key Competencies*** Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* High attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.* Strong leadership and team management experience.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
