Job Overview The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager in carrying out the day-to-day procurement activities and all procurement execution for the company. Job Responsibilities Support Procurement Manager in all matters relating to purchasing, which includes but not limited to stock monitoring, stock replenishment, quality control, handling disputes e.g. quantity differences, damaged or expired products. Perform vendor screening, supply market research and analytical studies to identify and select potential suppliers to be added to the pre-approved vendor list. Review and evaluate quotations from vendor. Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company's needs. Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers. Liaise with restaurant teams on requirements and provide support on delivery issues. Monitor contracts and renewal prior to expiry. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience within the F&B industry. Good track record in the areas of cost management, vendor management, quality controls and inventory management. Positive work attitude, proactive, resourceful and independent.
