Roles & Responsibilities SharePoint Creator within the Digital Workplace team. We are seeking a creative and hands-on SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer to build engaging intranet experiences, manage content, and automate workflows for one of Singapore’s leading insurance and financial services groups . 12-month renewable contract with potential long-term extension. You will be part of a collaborative digital workplace team, modernising the organisation’s internal platforms using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power BI—creating impactful digital experiences for thousands of employees. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance SharePoint Online sites and pages with strong focus on user experience. Create, manage, and maintain intranet content aligned with business and branding standards. Work with stakeholders to translate content needs into structured, intuitive SharePoint layouts. Build and maintain workflow automations using Power Automate and Power Apps . Develop Power BI dashboards to track content engagement and business metrics. Ensure consistent governance, accessibility, and data integrity across SharePoint sites. Explore Microsoft Graph and Copilot AI to enhance automation and content management efficiency Requirements Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in SharePoint Online site design, content management, or intranet development. Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Good understanding of UI/UX design principles for intranet and collaboration portals. Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and/or Copilot AI integration is a plus.
