As a Systems Executive, you will be responsible for the managing and implementing of large-scale IT/ Engineering projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer’s requirements.
What will you do?
Assist in System Design and Implementation:

  • Assist in Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
  • Develop and implement system configurations, procedures, and documentation.

System Maintenance and Support:

  • Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and backups.

Security Management:

  • Implement and manage security measures to protect systems, data, and networks.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and changes.
  • Generate reports on system performance, issues, and improvements.

Customer Support:

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
