Overview
Regional Marketing Manager role at IDEXX. Lead the Commercial Marketing function for IDEXX Livestock, Poultry, and Dairy (LPD) in the Asia-Pacific & Oceania (APO) region. The Marketing Manager reports to the Associate Commercial Director, developing and executing marketing plans in close collaboration with key business stakeholders in the APO region.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment: identify key growth priorities with commercial leaders; lead planning activities to support these priorities with alignment from global marketing counterparts, sales teams, and other functions; facilitate planning sessions and synchronize objectives across teams.
Marketing Launch Planning & Performance Reporting: develop and execute marketing launch plans for product or service introductions; establish KPIs and reporting to measure launch success and provide insights for improvement and risk mitigation.
Marketing Channel Strategy & Metrics Analysis: create, implement, and optimize marketing channel plans across digital, social, and traditional media at regional level; support adaptation in key markets; conduct monthly performance reviews to refine approaches and achieve growth targets.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: design and manage digital campaigns with local teams to drive lead generation, brand building, and customer engagement; utilize SEO, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing to attract and convert high-quality leads for the sales team.
Promotions & Program Management: plan and execute quarterly promotions and targeted programs; coordinate cross-functionally for alignment and seamless execution to drive revenue growth.
Sales Enablement & Training: develop and refine training materials and enablement tools to enhance sales team knowledge, messaging, and positioning; provide competitive differentiation strategies for customer interactions.
Sales & Marketing Collateral Development: create and manage a comprehensive suite of materials (presentations, value propositions, talk-tracks, brochures, product sheets, digital assets) tailored to customer segments and aligned with brand guidelines.
Tradeshow Strategy & ROI Optimization: guide regional and local tradeshow strategy, including budgeting, logistics, themes, content, engagement, lead generation, and post-event tracking; maximize ROI and brand visibility.
Competitive Intelligence: source and analyze competitive intelligence; keep commercial teams informed on trends, pricing, product launches, and customer feedback.
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management: identify and manage engagements with regional KOLs to drive adoption of disease-control and diagnostic practices and gather market insights.
Full Commercial Marketing Support: provide marketing support to drive alignment and collaboration at planning and execution levels; serve as a primary contact between marketing and sales to empower sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent. Master’s degree advantageous.
Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in Pharma or Medical Devices.
Fluent in English (verbal and written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Experience in digital marketing campaign development and execution.
Strong project leadership in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
Experience in livestock-related industries, esp. poultry segment, a plus.
